I know the kind and yes im a big fan on these too, when i worked in a kitchen many, many, many........ years ago. We had one and they make washing up in a sink so much easier, as you blast the scm out of the bowl and down the waste. I would suggest looking at Bristan they have two last time i checked and both are good i have fitted both and have no complaints to date. I hope this helps.

I've seen the Bristan Target. I was talking to my plumber and said something about back flow or cross contamination?? Some thing about the hose? Any ideas what he meant?

Hes right, however i've looked at the Bristan product and it has check valves, however if your plumber wishes he can supply he own check valves. Hope this helps.
